Nextcloud Workspace Bridge is a personal tool for its owner and people the owner explicitly permits. It is not offered as a public file-hosting or synchronization service.

Authorization gives the bridge broad technical access to the connected Google Drive account. The owner should use only an account they control, review the requested permission, and keep independent copies of important files. Synchronization can pause during outages, revoked authorization, or file conflicts; the dashboard reports such conditions for review.

The owner can stop using the bridge at any time and revoke its Google access through Google Account security settings. Google Drive, Nextcloud, and Cloudflare remain subject to their own applicable terms and availability.
